Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges within 60 days of your purchase date.

Conditions for return:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Items must be unused, unless defective.

Return Process:

  1. Please go to our Returns and exchanges page to initiate a return.

  2. Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-faulty products or exchanges.

  3. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within two business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please indicate this in your return request.

  • We will ship the exchange item to you free of charge.
