Have only had it about a week! Was fairly easy to set up and charge. I purchased the offered wireless charger also and have had no issues. The small red light that comes on the (right facing side midway) card is was hard at first to see in bright light but once located out is otherwise readily visible. Once i downloaded google 'Find Hub' onto Android and installed the press button to sound the alarm worked every time. You don't have to have your location on but you do have to switch on the Bluetooth to engage the alarm. Otherwise I leave blue tooth and location off as I'm using it mainly to locate my wallet within the house. All good so far seems like a good product.
The product was highly recommended and has been purched as a gift fir traveler to Bali where security and caution is necessary. It has yet to be used. Very happy with the order and prompt safe delivery. Have no doubt the product is an excellent for ALL travellers and will be purchasing g some for my future travel.

I wanted to use the tracking card for a while before putting in a review. This a great card as my autistic son is always miss placing his wallet. We have been able to locate it even when he cannot find it at home, I think he just likes to hear the sound. Very happy to recommend this to others.
Well worth purchasing the charger as your Apple Watch charger doesn’t work on this product.
Fantastic customer service. I needed my cards to arrive quickly as we were travelling overseas and they arrived within two days from Adelaide to Brisbane. They easy to set up. I’m looking forward to testing them out on my trip.

The Company was so helpful. The person I dealt with went out of his way to assist Mee. I worked for an Airline for 43 years I know how baggage can be lost or misplaced so being able to be able to track your baggage is a big plus. I would recommend this without hesitation.
I was looking at security tags mostly coming from overseas to buy. However after doing a google search I found SecurityBase tags - Aussie made, good quality and easy to set up. Oh and the price was cheaper 😌 Would definitely recommend its slim line like a credit card.

Brain fog sees me regularly misplacing my wallet and keys. I’m even uncertain about where I parked the car at times. (don’t get old!). I charged my card using the wireless charger. It came with explicit instructions on how to use. Place the card left of centre and look for the light on the card to show charging. Simple
To be honest I have just received them and need to buy a charger from Apple. I was impressed with the quick delivery and the fact they look just like a credit card. Yes, you can absolutely use them in your luggage while travelling. They have a small battery that is well below the limit for lithium batteries in luggage. They’re great for keeping an eye on where your bags are during your trip.
You can also use any compatible Qi wireless charger, so you don’t necessarily need to buy one from Apple.
