Shipping Information

We dispatch all orders quickly, typically the same day or the next business day. All orders are shipped from Adelaide, SA via Australia Post:

• Priority Mail (typically 2-5 days, no tracking): $4.95 | FREE with $50+ orders
• Standard Parcel (typically 2-5 days, tracking): $ 9.95 | FREE with $75+ orders
• Express Parcel (typically 1–2 days, tracking): $10.95

We recommend Tracked Parcel or Express Post if you’d like to track your order, especially for regional deliveries. Most metro orders arrive within 1–4 business days, while regional areas may take up to 7 business days. Overseas orders (NZ and US) are typically delivered within 6 - 15 business days.

Tracking Your Order

• If you selected Tracked Parcel or Express Post, you’ll receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your parcel via the tracking button in your confirmation email or the Australia Post website.

• Priority Mail does not include tracking. While it is a fast and reliable service, delivery updates are not available once your order is sent. Orders shipped on Fridays may take slightly longer due to weekends.
  

Delays & Support

Australia Post is usually very reliable, but its delivery network can experience disruptions. If a delivery is delayed and you selected Priority Mail (which does not include tracking), please check Australia Post’s delivery disruptions page for the latest updates. For more detailed assistance, you can also contact your local Post Office.
