Shipping Information

We ship all orders quickly, typically on the same day and always the next business day. All orders are shipped from Adelaide, SA, using Australia Post:

  • Priority Mail (typically 2-5 days, no tracking): $4.95 | FREE with $50+ orders
  • Tracked Post (typically 2-5 days, tracking): $ 9.95 | FREE with $125+ orders
  • Express Post (typically 1–2 days, tracking): $11.95 | FREE with $125+ orders

Most metro orders arrive within 1–3 business days, while regional areas may take 2–6 business days. Overseas orders (NZ and US) are typically delivered within 6 - 15 business days.

Tracking Your Order

  • If you selected Tracked Post or Express Post, you’ll receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your parcel via the tracking button in your confirmation email or the Australia Post website.

  • Priority Mail does not include tracking. While it’s a quick and reliable service, it doesn’t provide real-time updates. Most orders arrive within 6 business days. Orders shipped on Fridays may take slightly longer due to weekends.
    As Priority Mail does not provide tracking, we’re unable to offer status updates once your order has been dispatched. 

Delays & Support

Australia Post is usually very reliable, but its delivery network can sometimes experience disruptions. We recommend checking their delivery disruptions page for the latest updates. For more detailed assistance, you can also consider contacting your local Post Office directly.
