Shipping information

We dispatch all orders quickly, usually the same day or the next business day. All orders are shipped from Adelaide, SA via Australia Post:

  • Priority Mail - typically 2-7 business days, no tracking - $4.95 | FREE with $50+ orders
  • Standard Parcel - typically 2-5 business days, with tracking - $ 9.95 | FREE with $75+ orders
  • Express Parcel - typically 1–2 business days, with tracking-  $11.95

If you prefer tracking, we recommend Standard Parcel or Express Post, especially for regional deliveries.

Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Priority Mail to regional areas or some parts of Queensland can take 10 to 12 business days. Overseas orders to New Zealand and the United States usually arrive within 6 to 15 business days. Delivery estimates exclude public holidays.

Tracking your order

  • If you selected Standard Parcel or Express Post, you’ll receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your parcel via the tracking button in your confirmation email or the Australia Post website.

  • If you selected Priority Mail, your order does not include tracking. This means we’re unable to provide delivery status updates once it's been sent. If your order is shipped via Priority Mail and you would like a shipping update, please click here.

Delivery delays & support

Australia Post is very reliable, but its delivery network can experience disruptions. If you have a tracking code, please visit the Australia Post tracking page to view the current status of your delivery.

If you don't have a tracking code because you selected Priority Mail, please see this page for more information on estimated delivery timeframes.

Pickup – please contact us before placing an order

Pickup in Adelaide CBD is available for orders over $50, and by appointment only. After confirming a pickup appointment via our contact page or phone, please select Pickup in store at checkout. Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice.
