We send out all orders very quickly, typically the same day, and always the next business day. We ship all orders from Adelaide, SA, using Australia Post

• Priority Mail (2–6 business days, no tracking): $4.95 — free on orders over $50
• Parcel Post (2–5 business days, with tracking): $ 9.95 — free on orders over $75
• Express Post (1–2 days, business with tracking): $11.95 

Most metro orders arrive within 2–4 business days, while regional areas and some parts of Queensland may take up to 8 business days from dispatch. Overseas orders (NZ and US) are typically delivered within 6-15 business days

Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You will also receive a tracking number if you select a shipping option with tracking. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
