How to Use the Discreet Tracker Card
The Wallet Tracker Card pairs with Apple Find My, so you can locate your wallet, bag, luggage and other items from your iPhone, iPad or Mac without needing a separate app. It works like an AirTag, but in a flat, wallet-friendly design that slips easily into everyday carry items.

1. Pair the card
Open the Find My app on your iPhone, iPad or Mac and add the card the same way you would add an AirTag. Select “Add Other Item” and follow the prompts.
2. View its location
Once paired, the card will appear in the Find My app, where you can see its last known location on the map.
3. Play a sound when nearby
If your wallet, bag, or other item is nearby but out of sight, use the Play Sound feature in the app to help locate it quickly.
4. Enable Lost Mode
If your item is lost, switch on Lost Mode in the Find My app. You’ll receive a notification if it is detected by another Apple device in the Find My network.

Our Tracker Card works just like an Apple AirTag or Tile. It uses the Apple Find My or Google Find Hub networks, allowing you to track its location on a map using your phone, tablet or laptop.
At its core, the Find My and Find Hub networks are a massive, crowdsourced network made up of hundreds of millions of Apple and Android devices around the world.
When a Find My- or Find Hub-enabled item (like the SecurityBase Tracker Card) is out of range of its owner's device, it emits a secure, anonymous Bluetooth signal. If another Apple/Android device that's part of the Find My/Find Hub network comes within Bluetooth range of your lost item, it can detect this signal. -
Yes! If your item is misplaced, you can use the Apple Find My or Android Find Hub app to make the Tracker Card play a sound alert, helping you locate it quickly.

The Wallet Tracker Card features a 155 mAh battery and charges wirelessly using any Qi or MagSafe-compatible charger. Simply place the card flat on your existing wireless charging pad to recharge it.
Once fully charged, the battery lasts up to 5 months, so frequent recharging or battery replacements aren’t required.
If you don’t already have a wireless charger, we recommend our Wireless Qi Certified Charger. It's compatible with our Tracker Cards and can also charge other Qi-enabled devices such as smartphones.

The Tracker Card has a virtually unlimited range, both in Australia and overseas, as long as there are smartphones nearby.
It works with the Apple Find My (iOS) or Google Find Hub (Android) network, a large, crowdsourced network of millions of devices worldwide.
The card continuously sends out a secure Bluetooth signal. Nearby smartphones can detect this signal and anonymously update it's location in the background.
Because of this, the card doesn’t need GPS or mobile data, it uses nearby smartphones to keep its location updated.

Apple (Find My): You can view the battery status in the Find My app. When the battery is low, you’ll see and receive a notification prompting you to recharge the card.
Android (Find Hub): Android does not display an exact battery percentage for tracker cards. Instead, you’ll receive a low-battery notification from the Find Hub app when the card needs charging.
If you don’t see a low-battery alert, no action is required. As a general guide, we recommend recharging the card every 4 months, or whenever you receive a low-battery notification.

Your privacy is a top priority with the Apple Find My and Android Find Hub networks. When your SecurityBase Tracker Card is located by another Apple or Android device, the process is entirely anonymous and end-to-end encrypted. This means that only you can see your Tracker Card's location. The identity of the device that relayed the location is never shared with you, Apple, Android or anyone else. Neither Apple, Android nor any third party can see the location of your device, ensuring your data remains private and secure.

Yes, the SecurityBase Tracker Card works globally, making it perfect for travel!
