Signal blocking Faraday bags by
Phone Faraday Pouch
Take control of your privacy and security with our double-layered Phone Faraday Pouch, engineered to provide strong signal-blocking protection for your phone. Whether you're concerned about data breaches, tracking, unwanted calls, or EMF radiation, this pouch helps keep your device secure and your data private.
- Strong signal blocking: 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS & NFC
- Two sizes available: Standard for most smartphones, and Large for larger phones or phones with thicker wallet-style cases
How the signal-blocking pouch works
This Phone Faraday Pouch uses advanced dual-layer signal-blocking material to isolate your phone from all wireless communication. Once sealed inside, your device is cut off from networks — blocking GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RFID, NFC, and cellular signals (3G, 4G and 5G).
By creating a complete Faraday cage, this signal-blocking pouch helps protect against remote hacking, unauthorised tracking, and data interception — even when your phone is switched on. It’s ideal for anyone concerned about digital privacy, surveillance, or location tracking.
Simply place your phone inside the inner Faraday sleeve, close the flap securely, and enjoy instant protection — no power, setup, or apps required.
Whether you're searching for a mobile phone signal blocker, privacy pouch, or a Faraday case for secure travel, this pouch delivers reliable protection from wireless threats.
What size do I need?
Our Phone Faraday Pouch is available in two sizes to ensure a good fit for different smartphones and cases.
- Standard (10 × 19.5 cm): Suitable for most standard-sized smartphones such as iPhone, iPhone Pro, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel, when used without bulky cases. A good choice if you’re looking for a compact Faraday pouch for phone privacy and signal blocking.
- Large (12 × 22 cm): Ideal for larger phones such as iPhone Plus / Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy Ultra, or phones with thicker protective or wallet-style cases. This size is often preferred for larger devices or if you want extra room in your signal-blocking phone pouch.
If your phone has a thick protective case or a wallet-style cover, we recommend choosing the Large size for a more comfortable fit while maintaining full signal blocking protection
Signal Blocking Bags - FAQ
-
A Faraday bag blocks wireless signals by surrounding your device with a specially designed shielding material. When sealed inside, the device cannot send or receive signals such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, or mobile data, helping protect against tracking, hacking, and unauthorised access.
-
Our Faraday bags are build for excellent signal blocking performance, featuring a double copper-nickel woven mesh laminated to a polyester substrate. This advanced material delivers a surface resistance below 0.05Ω and a shielding effectiveness exceeding 85 dB.
These specifications meet requirements associated with military-grade EMP protection, particularly the MIL-STD-188-125 standard.
-
A signal-blocking bag improves security and privacy by preventing your device from sending or receiving wireless signals. When sealed inside, it helps stop tracking, remote access, data transmission, and unwanted connectivity — keeping your device private, secure, and fully offline.

A car key signal blocker bag prevents car theft by blocking the radio waves emitted by key fobs, making it impossible for thieves to use a technique called a "relay attack." This is how it works:
Keyless Entry and Relay Attacks
- Modern cars often use keyless entry systems, where a key fob transmits a radio signal to unlock the car when you're nearby.
- Thieves can exploit this system with a relay attack. They use two devices; One intercepts the weak radio signal from your key fob near your house (often through windows or walls). The second device, placed near the car, amplifies the intercepted signal and transmits it to the car, tricking it into unlocking as if the key fob is right there.
Car Key Signal Blocker
- When you place your key fob inside the bag, the radio waves it transmits get disrupted.
- The electrons in the metal mesh move in response to the waves, creating a current that opposes the original signal.
- This opposing current weakens or cancels out the radio wave from the key fob inside the bag.
Essentially a Silent Zone for Your Key Fob
- With the signal blocked, the thief's device outside cannot receive or amplify the key fob's signal.
- The car's receiver never "hears" the signal, preventing it from recognizing the key and unlocking.
-
No, you cannot use the car key when the key is in the Faraday pouch. They are designed to provide maximum protection against signal cloning or interception in all scenarios, even when a scanner is nearby.
To use your car key, e.g. to open or start the car, simply remove the key from the pouch. The included keychain makes this easy while the key stays attached to the pouch.

Turning a smartphone off doesn’t always fully disconnect it. Some wireless components can remain active in low-power modes, even when the phone is switched off or in airplane mode. This allows features like device-finding and background signal activity to continue.
For complete privacy and security, a Faraday bag physically blocks all wireless signals, preventing communication.
-
For maximum signal blocking:
- Place your car key, phone, tablet or other device inside the inner compartment lined with Faraday fabric.
- Ensure the Velcro closure is fully sealed, with the Faraday lining double-folded for complete signal isolation.
- Avoid overfilling the bag or pouch, as a tight, uninterrupted seal is essential for effective protection.
