Where's My Order?

If you’ve received a review request but your order hasn’t arrived yet, please rest assured that it's very likely still on its way and should reach you within the next few days.

Review requests are automatically sent 12 days after dispatch, as most orders arrive within 8 business days. However, we sometimes see delays with Priority Mail, particularly in some regional areas and some parts of Queensland, and deliveries can take up to 2-3 weeks.

If your order was dispatched on a Thursday or Friday, delivery may also take a little longer than expected, as it can span two weekends (adding up to four extra non-delivery days). Public holidays can also impact the delivery timeframes.

  • If you selected 'Australia Post with Tracking' or 'Australia Post Express' at checkout, you can use the tracking number provided in your shipping notification to track your parcel via the Australia Post Tracking.
